We are going to introduce you with the best and easy recipe of ‘Soya-bean Chunks Pakoda’ and believe us, it is not that much tough. Anybody at home could do this with an ease!

What you need first are the ingredients? As we all are aware about ingredients; if ingredients are not there then we can’t even imagine about anything.

INGREDIENTS:

    • Soaked Soya Chunks                    (2 Cups)                                                   
    • Gram Flour/Basin                                   (2-3 Tsp)                                                              
    • Yogurt                                            (2 Tsp)
    • Desirable amount of salt to taste.                        
    • Chilly Powder                                (1/2 Tsp)
    • Garam Masala                               (1/4 Tsp)
You can add some ‘Additional Ingredients’ to make it yummy and chunky. Turmeric is an additional ingredient that you can add. This is also known for having ‘Anti-Inflammatory’ and ‘Anti-Oxidant’ properties. Well, it is also RAFIA’s favorite, so you can add it, to feel different taste and magical touch of accumulated fragrances.

Wow! We are half done. Now, we can go for the ‘METHOD’.

    • Mix Soya Chunks thoroughly with gram flour in a bowl. When ready move on to the next step...  
    • Now, add rest of the ingredients with an additional too; then mix until you get the proper coating on each chunk.
    • Heat sufficient oil in a pan and fry the coated chunks till it get ‘Golden Brown’.
    • Once you are done with it, serve the Pakodas with sauce and enjoy the journey.
