Mood swings and the feeling of
sadness for a time being is a normal part of life, but when such feelings take
hold and refused go away then the person may feel worthless and suicidal;
depression is one among them. Depression is the mental health instability
or simply a mood deficit that is filled with persistent feelings of sadness,
lack of interest in activities which ultimately causes a momentous loss to the
daily life routine. It tends to have a significant impact on the way one
behaves, thinks, feels; involvement in various activities and the way one acts.
In short it affects each and every corner of the life and can lead to a variety
of emotional and physical problems. Some people may feel restlessness, left
alone, spurned by the world. Men in particular feel angry and restless whereas women are twice as
likely as men to experience Depression. As we all know female folks are always
deadly sensitive than male folk. The early signs can be traced easily by the
below given symptoms. Depression is a disease and need to be cured very early.

of Depression are as:

of interest in daily activities.
Sleep
disturbances, including insomnia or sleeping too much.
Overeating
or major loss of appetite.
Digestive
problems that don't get better, even with treatment and can create turmoil.

tools or therapies to treat depression from a variety of angles and persuade you
to take the appropriate action. Therapy can also provide you lessons and
insight or we can say perfect guidelines about how to stop depression from
coming back?
Medication: If
ever you feel suicidal or violent over little arguments then there is another
cure for depression and that is mediation. Medication can be used for certain
time without any delays. The prescribed medicines are given to the patient for
further treatment, but taking medicines can lead to many internal as well as
external defects. So, better to avoid medication and involve yourself in some
other activities where your interest lies and be confident always.
